Created as a graceful piece of the JI-300 is the handiwork of the same artist who designed the magnificent Loth-X Silbatone electronics . While the JI-300 is substantial in size, it delights the eyes as it entertains the ears.

The JI-300 chassis is precision machined out of solid aluminium stock and hand finished to a standard of quality that is unusual to behold in audio equipment at any price. For instance, our control knobs are milled out of solid aluminium and fitted with ball bearings for positive action and a luxurious feeling of quality.

The heart of the JI-300 is an innovative rectifierless power supply that provides high speed energy delivery on transients. Power supply impedance is fifty times lower than conventional rectifier/filter supplies.

Recognizing that parts quality virtual defines the musical performance of single-ended power amplifiers, we drew on our extensive listening research for the Silbatone electronics to help define the component complement of the JI-300, which includes our custom wirewound resistors, custom oil capacitors, and specially designed Silbatone silver mica units. No other audio manufacturer uses these parts and we think they are special indeed.

The end result of the JI-300 design effort is an amplifier that provides extremely smooth, colourful, high-definition sound with realistic dynamics and a refreshing lack of electronic colorations.
